They lost an item I sold via eBay and sent 48 tracked, I provided the item number, how I bought the label via eBay, the fact that the tracking stopped, as a result I got spammed by auto replies, where they claimed I didn't provide it, a shady company trying to weasle out payment for items they lose, you then deal with somebody who is brainless and only trained in auto replies or a bot. Customer service ZERO
At this rate RM has become worse than Evri, I will avoid them in the future, after having been lied to repeated.
