Terrible service. Often send items tracked. More often the not now, when use tracking checker it simply say's WE'VE GOT IT. When on contacting the recipient, they'd received the item days before. The last one still shows WE'VE GOT IT and was received over a week before. Poor service given, when charging well for it . I think you be better changing you message to WE'VE LOST IT
