I have a strong feeling someone is trying so hard to run it down for privatisation otherwise, how can you tell me that on 2 different occasions RM put down on tracking history delivery attempted when no soul crossed my home for delivery. First time it happened, it took contacting customer service (after waiting on queue for 40 minutes) over the phone for investigation to be opened and my parcel was delivered after one week delay. Today I’m waiting for another parcel which was meant to have arrived yesterday but again RM bogus “attempted delivery” shows up on tracking history after waiting all day for my parcel. I’m just sick and tired of this nonsense from RM.
