Terrible customer service when a parcel gets lost even though the parcel is labelled correctly with printed labels on front & reverse , which are water proof and firmly fixed with 2 lots of labels . Still
Royal Mail looses it and then sells consumers items for auction to make money from consumers losses . Royal Mail is no longer a trusted brand !
