Items lost at Plymouth mail centre.
I have had at least two item lost lately after arriving at Mail centre on route to West Park sorting office. Contacted Royal mail and told to contact seller. Very poor customer service and assistance.
After paying for postage service and knowing that item had
been dispatched from seller - this is Royal mail's responsibility.
They are not meeting their obligation. Disgusted in the service provided.
