I run a greeting card business and customers expect their cards to arrive on time but recently again I have been getting complaints of them not arriving on time and who has to deal with these complaints ?.... me!!. I have to apologise to the customer because you state 24 hour for 1st class and 2-3 days for second, 2 orders haven't arrived for days after and when you go to claim back you say I can only claim after 10 days! which I expect it would arrive by then but what good is that, it's too late and I lose money while you get away with it. I'm very angry with Royal Mail and they have the cheek to increase their charges for this rubbish service.
