Tracked postage is pointless, items go missing all the time with no real update, and royal mail support can only advise to wait, which is not very reassuring especially if the item you have posted is valuable.
Another item I had was also damaged on arrival, please be careful when using Royal Mail as courier service, the regular mail postage has been great however.
