I received two cards on the same day stating there was a fee to pay as the sender did not pay the full postage. Next day went to the collection point at 10.15am only to find they only open 8-10am and 4-6pm. There was no indication on the cards that the collection office only operated at certain times. One would expect it to be open during normal working hours. Totally wasted trip!
Then paid on line. However, the system doesn't allow you to put in a reference number so will be interesting to see if both items turn up!
What an outdated organisation!
