Why, now, when an item EXPECTED on a due date ,is attempted to be delivered but no one home ,the red card NOW states We will attempt delivery tomorrow ..?? It used to be they missed you, next day it was available to collect in person at local sorting office .....infinitely easier !! Rubbish system go back to way it was
