Stated on my order to deliver to my safe space which is my porch and is always open. Instead Royal Mail delivered it to a random blue bin somewhere on my estate so thanks to Royal Mail my daughter has no trainers for Christmas but someone else does. This is an official complaint. I am appalled at how chronic this service is. Tracking number TQ591862576GB I want refund and compensation for the stress and an expanation as to why the delivery driver cant read? Or spell? Whats a blur bin. Absolute joke. Well done Royal Mail. You are the worst. Worse than Evri and that's saying something.
