I simply wanted to return a parcel to Amazon for a refund arranged by Amazon. The first postie to collect failed to bring a label (instructions from Royal Mail stated that no returns label was required as they would provide one). I had to rearrange another collection date through Amazon returns. This time, the postie did bring a label. However, when trying to track the parcel for its return status, it’s now pending in a distribution centre.
The quality of service has been very poor, and nobody is taking responsibility. It feels like there is no pride in their work. This experience reminds me of Hermes, who were shocking. Such a shame, as Royal Mail used to be a company that could be relied on.
