I had my newly purchased laptop sent by Royal Mail. After waiting all day (08/01/2025 ) I received a message stating that it had been delivered! & no accurate address information had been provided, which was totally unacceptable and wrong. I was assured that 3 attempts were going to be made but this is not the point. We needed this now and had made provision for you to deliver this. Now we have to do it again. We are a palliative care provider for cats and are busy. We need companies that can deliver as required and promised not breaking promises by letting people down. Problem is still ongoing.
