They aren’t a postal delivery service if you have to go and pick the parcel up yourself!!!!
Long queues at the collection depot too. Every other delivery service manages to leave with a neighbour or in your ‘safe place’ but not the Royal mail!
When I order something I specifically choose a different provider because of this! You need to keep up with the times Royal Mail!
