Disgusting service!.I have just posted some items I sold on eBay via Royal mail and they are worth altogether £220.This was on the 4th Sept and 1st Class post Signed for.On checking the tracking number,it states that it is STILL in the main depot and the date is now 15th Sept! .I phoned Royal Mail up and was not even offered an apology or anything.i just got told that it will be there soon off of a very very cheeky woman who said it was my own fault for not sending it special delivery and to use my brain next time!! I am utter disgusted and have reported this further.
I could understand if this parcel had been lost and I should of just sent it special delivery instead as I would of got a full refund,but it has not.1st Class has always been safe for me and to know that it has been sitting in a depot for 11 days not sorted is not acceptable.My buyer from eBay is also not happy and will no doubt give me negative feedback for his delayed item.After this issue gets resolved I will start using a parcel company as royal mail is turning into a farce!.
