Warning to all people that use Royal Mail. The customer services will politely take your complaint, will full you with enthusiasm, and tell you your rights! Then you will wait for a considerable time before replying and then the blame will be on YOU!This is a company that thinks it is above the law (judge and jury) and will never advise you completely of what you complain against! After all this is head office and they receive many, many complaints and obviously none are justified so they just plead (get lost)!!! Lost letters, broken parcels broken promises, No updated information! Wont use E/mails to customers. Sends complaint answers by mail to post in suspended properties with dangerous dogs loose? OMG they send p/men to properties where they will be eaten alive after they declare it a no go address? Just a hypocritical company that wont last long! HEALTH & SAFETY WILL PROTECT THE CUSTOMER FROM THIS OBVIOUSLY DEMENTED COMPANY THAT spouts care and efficiency and the customer comes first!!! How much do the complaints officers get bonuses for every complaint they can subdue and remove to prove that complaints are all negative!
