Hardly any of my deliveries to the US turned up in October, which led to me having to make loads of refunds, and then to top it all this led to bad reviews and therefore badly affected my sales.
I wrote to the Royal Mail in December and they didn’t even reply, how rude.
The other day I started the claim process, but I only managed one, as it took 1/2 hour, just not worth it, and that’s where it’s all wrong.
I want an explanation, an apology and compensation - not to be ignored
