A parcel was sent to me on 13/03/2019. On Saturday 16/03/2019 it arrived at Ferndale DO, in Wales. The tracking site informed me that it will be re-routedasp. Today, 20/03/2019 the tracking site carries the same message. I tried to phone for more information and got a machine telling me precisely the same information.
It seems impossible to speak to anyone! You can email but expect to wait 3-4 days for a response! DPD and other competitors seem to be far better with a real focus on customer satisfaction! The chat service is non-existent!
