The depot at Waltham Cross gave my parcel out to an unknown individual after supposedly checking ID and this individual apparently had the red ‘we missed you’ card. They admitted fault on the phone and then sent me a letter confirming my parcel was picked up with correct ID - absolutely disgusting service and I’m unable to get compensation.
