Royal mail lost my parcel sometime in February. I have been contacting them through emails and phone calls but the response led to nothing. Their chief executive email emailed promising to resolve the case not knowing she is just doing some mind games! Isn't this sad and disgusting! What more do you expect from a postman who steals from customers if that type of behaviour is promoted by their top bosses!
