I was expecting 2 parcels today, their tracking page says they have been delivered, there is even a photo of `a` door - no door number in the photo so no way to tell which door of the 30 identical doors in the block - and of course no parcels. Tracking page says that they left it at a `safe place` I requested - I never requested a safe place as there is no safe place in our block. Last week a different order was left at the door without anyone ringing the bell even though I was in all day. The 2 parcels should have been signed for, they just don`t care. Our postman must have changed recently, in the past when I wasn`t in, they left a calling card, nowadays they just leave parcels wherever if they feel like. We got mail from other residents nearby and some parcels are dropped off on our hallway, addressed to residents in the opposite block of flats. Horrific service.
