Do I have to give them a star!? I am writing this while waiting on the line for a response from their customer service line - 25 mins so far, but then they are 'very busy'!!! I have a very simple enquiry - 20 second question with an almost 'yes' or 'no' answer. And, no, my question is not answered by their Web site which I keep being asked if I have checked!! Maybe their customer service line is busy because the Web site is so dreadful, and maybe they should double the number of people answering the line - to two! Another 30 mins of my life that I can't get back and still no idea whatsoever of when I might get a response - no '55th in the queue' or expected waiting time '60 minutes'. Appalling customer service!
