lost documents despite paying for secure next day signed for Apparently its the wrong service for documents.
Cant get through to customer service when you can they cant help, accused me of lying, thank god for call logs I could go on for ages but why use my time. Don't use them its not worth it the documents they lost of mine are massive, massive implications and financial cost. In the middle of a complaint now. So stressed its awful
