Sent a parcel on the 48 hour delivery, they sent it to the wrong sorting office then told me it's 2 to 3 day delivery.
48 hours is not 3 days.
Now they are saying that it could take up to another 7 days to be delivered.
How can they get away with this kind of service it's shocking.
