Sent an anniversary package using Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, they’ve sent it to somewhere completely incorrect, said they don’t know where it is and laughed at me on the phone when I said compensation will not solve this disgraceful behaviour.
Then they eventually found my package 5 days later, send it to the correct address, took my postage label off of it and made my partner pay for it in order to pick it up from them!
He showed them proof I’ve already paid for it and hey said they can’t give it to him unless he pays!
Disgraceful, joke of a company and I hope you go bust and everyone will slowly realise they should not use you for anything ever again.
I will not from now on. Will book a courier even for the tiniest letter.
