ordered a dvd. and no parcel from royal mail got sent out 1st class guarnteed no services what so ever been a week since it was despatched its nothing but problems with your services if ostrich's burry there head in the sand you lot need to bury your heads in the sack in shame will you ever improve services No only take from public by putting prices up all the time shame on you
