I hate when I order from companies and they use Royal Mail, the service is always terrible! Twice the tracking option has told me they accidentally sent my parcel to a different depot, the tracking service is so far behind the times compared to companies like DPD, handling fees are extortionate and customer service is always making excuses. I wish I could choose which delivery company to use when ordering things online because DPD are definitely my favourite
