The Royal Mail parcel service is rubbish. No wonder the couriers are doing so well. Perhaps the Executives at RM should look at why and how the courier service works so well. They are better and cheaper!
As far as a fragile label on a parcel is concerned, this translates to throw it around as much as possible!
