Personally I'd use another delivery service, having had reason to complain to them on another occasion I paid for RM48 "service" and the tracking was useless. This time it was someone else who had mailed an item to me using RM48.
I looked up the tracking service which stated item will arrive between x am and y am. So I sat in all morning with my hall door wide open because I did not want to miss the delivery man (they have a habit of knock quietly and run) and no sign of him. Went out shortly after midday and item arrived at 25 past 12. Came back to the dreaded red card.
When I called to complain was told that the four hour delivery slot was an estimate. Well why be so precise about the timing within that 4 hr estimated delivery slot? Why not say will arrive sometime on x day? Don't bother giving out a delivery slot then failing within it.
If I had known it was sometime on x day I would not have stayed in waiting for the stupid parcel. I would have elected to collect next day from their depot - as I will have to now. Instead I was given a morning delivery slot so I stupidly waited in for it. Never again. Their delivery slots mean nothing but MAYBE and PROBABLY NOT,
