They say they’ve delivered a tracked delivery but they haven’t... again. The last time this happened, in fact the last time I was sent a tracked parcel, they eventually delivered it 3 weeks after I had received the replacement parcel. It was really urgent that I received this on time and they let me down again. If I had the option I would go for the alternative every time - because I don’t think I’ve ever received a good service. How come Amazon manage to get it right and the Royal Mail who have so much more experience manage to f*** it up every time. So my advice is don’t bother spending money on their tracking service - you’re less likely to receive it than if you send it in the regular post. Oh...and the website just sends you around in circles. Absolutely useless. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have done.
