I was waiting for my delivery it was meant to be delivered on the 9th of December but it wasn’t delivered so I contacted the seller who told me the delivery might take a bit longer, I waited until the 29th of December then I called Royal Mail and what a shock! The woman was very rude telling me that the item was delivered somewhere else and also saying “the postcode is wrong” when I made it clear to her that I received more than one item under the same address, guess she wasn’t ready for that so she cut the line while am talking! Today is the 5th of January and my item is still not here! What a let down ;(
