Had a customs charge of £4.00 , royal mail charged £8.00 handling fee, instead of robbing the public ,h.it would be nice to get my mail before 1.00 pm most days ,I was a post lady for 13 years ,and we had to deliver before a certain time ,now there seems to be no pride in this service
