Two items, very clearly labelled in large bold font as "PLEASE DO NOT BEND" were scrunched in half by the postman and forced through the letter box. Real disrespect and ignorant behaviour.
Royal Mail said that they would not compensate me and that I must contact the sender! I was also told that the Royal Mail do not compensate householders! Really!?
