Everytime I order anything online and I see the delivery is to be done by royal mail it fills me with dread. Recently ordered a much needed part for a motorcycle on 24 hour delivery... that was was 4 working days ago. Not point in the tracking system as it seems to never get up dated and only received that 2 days after I should have had my delivery. This has happened numerous times now with royal mail recently. Only positive I can give is usually the people are polite at the collection places. I know this because I think every time they try to make a delivery they knock a door run and take it back to the depot.
