Normally, I have no complaints at all about Royal Mail delivery, but when it goes wrong, it goes wrong, and their customer services is impossible to contact other than by phone, that is if they'd care to answer. There is no chat or email alternative. A tracked item was shown as being delivered today, but it wasn't, and I was in all day. I tried twice with each attempt lasting 15 minutes before I hung up in despair.
Unless they find the item I can see being out of pocket as their records show delivery and it will be my word against theirs.
