Would give zero stars if I could. 45 MINUTES on hold to customer services, when all I want to do is pay a customs charge that isn't allowing me to pay online. Repeated message over and over again trying to force me to use the website rather than wait for a human. On finally getting through to a person, it turns out that Royal Mail use some kooky way of counting the 21 day limit which looks a lot more like 20 days to a normal person, and also don't accept online payments in the last 48 hours of this period. Madness! I've now been told to go to the sorting office and wait in a queue with loads of other people during a time when we're all told to self-isolate. Absolutely the worst. Individual postal delivery staff are lovely, but as a service and as a company, privatisation has turned a decent postal service into the very very worst
