as a person who has to post items regularly ,i will never post via Royal mail now,too expensive ,cant guarantee to even get to its destination on time ,terrible service .the Royal mail used to be a service to trust .but now its a shambles.customer service ,what customer service .
use other companies like Hermes ive never had a problem yet
