Absolutely shocking! Twice I sent parcel to address which was delivered by royal mail, 3rd time important parcel which was a mobile phone for a relative to keep in touch during this hard times since she broke hers, she is single mum with 2 young kids, keeping in touch with her was important, I've purchased the phone on ebay,,,, Sent it next day delivery, that was early last month, by tracking the delivery it shows incorrect address and then they sent it to National Retirn Centre, Since 30 April, Am still phoning them and apart from giving me reference and telling me it will take upto 30 days until they returned it.if I knew royal mail was like this...I would never have used it...Best stick to other private couriers.
