Had a parcel out for delivery yersteday, i was home all day and by 5.53pm, tracking says delivered.
Never was delivered here at .
I had to call today 21 of May to ilford sorting office to complaint.
I cant believe this is hapoeni g with this company, they used to be so good.
Now im dreading about a few parcels i am expecting delivered by Royal Mail
