This company has caused nothing but stress over the years! It is so outdated, slow and useless that i don't know why it isn't just shut down and let the couriers take over who are 100 times better! They have better delivery rates, better tracking from start to finish none of this we can onnly tell you where it is when it has been delivered rubbish! I would say about 75% of my parcels failed to be delivered and every single time i am in the house waiting for the thing!!! I actually pay people extra on ebay etc now NOT to use royal mail. Disgusting, greedy, lazy, outdated, joke of a company this is!
