I have post item with Royal mail. Item only says dispatched to destination country. When I call destination country, they say item has not arrived. 2nd week and is on same status. They telling me to claim refund after 20 days but they dont understand that I cannot afford to loose such important documents. I will spend more than the amount I will get refunded in cost. And their customer service always hang up halfway the conversation and they give you same answers without making any effort to find my documents for me. As for now I rather receive my item back and deliver it with DHL. I have learned my lesson. This is second time this has happenend to me with Royal mail international service and is my last. Totally forgot about my first experience 2 years ago when item took 20 working days to arrive. Poor customer service and no clearance at all and am having sleepless nights over this. Still hope it arrives or is returned back to me asap. I received documents in 2 days from DHL, and 2 weeks on, still no information. This is pure torture. It is 3 am now as am writing this.
