Tracked 48 is an appalling service. I bought the stamp over the Royal Mail website. It did not make it clear that you cannot drop the parcel off at the post office like other services. I had to drive to a Royal Mail depot to post the item. It then took 2 days for the parcel to go from one depot in Leeds to another depot in Leeds! And it is still there. The website seems to promise that the receipient would get notifications of the journey. This has also is not happening. I am really angry and disappointed with this service. I spoke twice to customer service which was not very helpul (and always took over an hour to get through to somebody). I will not use this service again and cannot recommend it. Stay away from Tracked 48! Misleading sell on via the Royal Mail website.
