Royal Mail are monumentally useless! I'm expecting a small parcel supposedly "48 Hour tracked". Unfortunately, RM's interpretation of 48 hours is frankly anything they want it to be and no doubt they'll bleat about this being a Covid-19 related issue. Any excuse RM! Looking at the tracking my parcel was in the system a week ago, its been to several sorting centres, including some incorrect ones, and still is no where near its final leg of the journey. This outdated institution needs a complete kick up its backside. If Amazon can deliver me something within hours, why can't RM? Wouldn't it be great if Amazon took over RM completely. If anyone from RM ever reads these reviews, although I doubt it given there arrogance, then pull your finger out and provide a service fit for the 21st century or if you are incapable of that then hand the business to someone that can!
