Disappointed with Royal Mail. They have refused to deliver mail to the flats my sister lives in. They have decided it is an old folks home and say their posties are too scared to come in and deliver. Despite the postmen knowing it is NOT an old folks home they will not deliver. Consequently, one resident has to go to the sorting office twice a week and collect the post. It is about time somebody sorted the mail service out it is not fit for purpose. To add insult to injury they are constantly advertising on TV that they deliver whatever. They should be ashamed of the lies they are telling. Absolutely disgusted.
