I understand these are hard times but how can it possibly take 3 weeks to deliver a package which is meant to be next day delivery? I work in a shop and if it took us 3 weeks to process the delivery then half the stuff would be out of date. Everyone else is finding a way to do their job properly but these useless c**ts can't. I've also had experiences in the past of my parcels being damaged and the goods inside lost, but it's not even worth trying to get the Royal Fail to help fix the issue since their customer service is even more incompetent than their sorting offices.
