I sent a hearing aid to Specsaver 15 miles away, 1st class signe for. 4 weeks, it was delivere. Complaints fell on deaf ears, their's not mine. I sent a parcel to my brother in Cyprus 6 weeks ago !st class, tracke and signed for. They say it has left UK and is held up at Heathrow???? Why did they take my business if they knew? Write them off, don't waste your precious time on them.
