AMAZON SELLERS BE WARNED. Royal mail is a scam. I send tens of thousands worth of parcels with RM every year and they have lost thousands of pounds worth of my good but will only refund the cost of the item to me. However I am an Amazon handmade seller and It is impossible to prove the cost of my time to make said items so will only send you the postage money back. This also works for other items. They will only give you the price you paid for the item, not the cost of the item plus the Amazon fees and ad fees it cost you to sell the items.
