I paid for a first class signed for delivery on the 08/06/20 and my items have still not been delivered. I've made several complaints using their complaints procedure on their pathetic site, and have had the same response, that is blaming the coronavirus for non delivery. They even have the cheek to ask if they resolved my complaint in their replies, which are obviously computer generated.
I expected a delay due to the current pandemic, but over a month is totally unacceptable. Worst service and company out there. I would have given no stars if I could.
