Delivery was scheduled for 11/07, they attempted delivery on 10/07 stating they would attempt to deliver the next working day. Now the 14/07 and no attempt has been made. I've waited around for the past 2 days for nothing. A tracked parcel you cannot track. Unable to reach a human via phone. I've received many other parcels on time during the pandemic but Royal Mail have always failed in this department...the department in which they work as a company. If possible, I will be avoiding Royal Mail at all costs.
