They lost one parcel mail gone missing

I am very sorry to hear of the problem you have experienced. Every item of mail is important to us and our priority is to provide a good quality service at all times, but sometimes problems do arise.
We contacted the Delivery Office Manager regarding this item and a search and investigation was made. Unfortunately if you have not received the item since you first contacted us then we must consider the item lost
On this occasion I am not able to accept your claim for compensation, as the service used was a prepaid service and all claims must be made by the contract holder. I recommend that you contact the sender in respect of this matter as they may consider sending you a replacement or refunding any payment you have made.
Once again please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience and concern that may have been caused.

Sorry, your item went to Prescot DO in error, so we re-routed it immediately. More information will be available as it travels through our network. They have been really bad during the covid19 crisis while other parcel delivery firms have stepped up, never use royal mail again
