I think the Royal Mail service is disgusting and very poor. I remember the days we had to deliver twice a day at set times 6 days a week. we had to be inspected every morning by our supervisor to ensure we were dressed in the correct uniform and it was clean and smart. We knew our customers by name and it was a polite friendly efficient service. Now your lucky if you get one delivery anytime of the day more then once a week. They turn scruffy in whichever bit of uniform they wear mainly the shirt but I've seen them wearing jeans jogging bottoms shorts. You bearly get a hello from Them little tho any manners or respect. The servis is the worst it has ever been and its not due to covid 19. It is due to privatisation and the youth of today having no respect for their elders and bosses don't care about standards.
